NOTES FROM OUR ROASTER
Jeffrey
Grown in the hills of Yirgacheffe, this natural-processed coffee from Kochere is full of personality. It opens with juicy strawberry and soft lychee notes, rounded out by mellow, toasted marshmellow sweetness that lingers just enoguh. The light, tea-like body and bright acidity give it a clean, refreshing finish. Grown with care by local smallholder farmers, this coffee is a true taste of what makes Yigacheffe so special.

Variety refers to the species of coffee plant the bean comes from and influences how the coffee is grown.
This process determines the steps taken to transform freshly harvested coffee cherries into dried beans ready for roasting.
Elevation is the altitude coffee is grown at. Higher elevations will result in slower bean development, giving the beans more complex and vibrant flavors.
