Our house espresso blend is rich, robust, and characterized by the signature nuance that makes enjoying a milk drink in our cafe such a special experience. Green Dragon is precisely roasted dark enough to produce deep notes of toffee and dark chocolate that are enhanced by the addition of milk, but not dark enough to hide nuanced fruity notes lurking beneath the surface. Certainly one of our favorite coffees. As versitale a blend as there is.
As the seasons change, so do the components of Green Dragon, highlighting harvest cycles and celebrating the seasonality of coffee. We've combined the great fruit qualities from each bean, and allowed the sweetness to shine.Brew it anyway you want!
