Sometimes an old school roast like Tavern can be harsh or burnt, the bag of Tavern we picked up in Sewickley yesterday is very smooth with balanced flavors. Perhaps it is a new school take on an old school roast or perhaps it's because of the new roasting machine. Whatever the reason - please don't change a thing!
