NOTES FROM OUR ROASTER
Jeffrey
Our menu is always changing but we keep coming back to coffees from Chiapas for their comforting depth and gentle sweetness. This one's all about balance; subtle notes of golden pineapple weave through a base of graham cracker and warm honey. Roasted on the darker side of medium, it's smooth, layered, and easy to love.

Variety refers to the species of coffee plant the bean comes from and influences how the coffee is grown.
This process determines the steps taken to transform freshly harvested coffee cherries into dried beans ready for roasting.
Elevation is the altitude coffee is grown at. Higher elevations will result in slower bean development, giving the beans more complex and vibrant flavors.
